The Operational dashboard contains a complete overview of your fleet. In this dashboard you can track the operational status and location of your assets, view key telematics values and other important asset information, report defects, manage restrictions on assets and create new maintenance interventions.

This is what the operational dashboard looks like:

At the top of the operational dashboard you can use the filters to search for assets.

For each asset you can also view specific asset information: in the first part next to the asset name you can see who's maintaining the asset, the current client traffic etc. You can set up this information in the administration panel by creating categories and labels, and adding them to the right assets.

Next, if you have access to the data on your locomotives, you'll see some key telematic values such as coolant temperature, fuel level and battery voltage. If the location of your asset is known this will also appear in the operational dashboard next to the telematic values.

You can also verify if there are any restrictions for your asset, or add new restrictions to an asset on the right hand side of the asset bar. Next to the restrictions you'll see the operational status of the asset (you can change it there too if necessary), and a section containing the number of open alerts, defects and interventions for your assets.

When you open the details view you can easily see the open alerts for your asset, check and create new defect reports or set up new interventions based on the alerts and defects that have been created on the asset.
