New to the Railnova platform? The following start-up guide will explain what you need to do to begin digitising your maintenance planning processes on the platform.

First, you need to log in to your account and ensure that your assets have been created on the platform.

Once the rolling stock is available on the platform, you can start creating defect reports and planning interventions online. This way, you and your colleagues can monitor the status of your fleet and share knowledge about faults and interventions on a centralised platform.

You can also share your assets with other companies, such as your maintainers. By sharing rolling stock with them, they can plan maintenance properly and be notified automatically when something happens to the rolling stock they manage.

To send these automatic maintenance notifications to yourself, your colleagues or partner companies, you need to create notification rules in the administration panel. Once you've set up these rules, you've completely digitised your defect reports and interventions!
