When you're creating a new defect report on the operational dashboard you can easily add documents or photos to the defect form. These documents serve as extra information for your colleagues or maintenance team regarding the defect and/or asset in question. 

To upload a photo or document you can simply drag the file to the "Documents" area, or you can click on the dotted Documents box to upload a file from your device. 

To download the files you go back to the defect form in the operational dashboard and click on the file you wish to download. You can also delete a file by clicking on the "Delete" button. 

As a Railfleet administrator you can also download documents from the administration panel: go to the "Maintenance data" section of the admin menu and click on "Documents". You'll then see an overview of all uploaded documents. Click on a document title to download it.
