The Reporting module enables you to aggregate data for easy recurring reporting: analyse energy consumption, kilometres, engine hours and counter readings on a daily, weekly and monthly basis or study how rolling stock is used and identify the assets with the most intense usage patterns. You can efficiently identify weak assets by running regular statistics on railway asset fault code occurrences.

If your company is a Railgenius customer, the Reporting module is directly available from the homepage under the section Railgenius.

The free version of the reporting only allows you to see what types of reports will be available when upgrading to the full version. Please note that the free version is not updated regularly.

If you use the full version of the Reporting module, you can view summary data reports and download Excel exports for further analysis. All reports are automated and updated Mondays to Fridays.

With the full version of the Reporting module, you can access standard Railnova reports maintained by our developers, covering telematics data, mileages or energy data with three months' history. All reports are available in Excel and can be easily downloaded for further analysis.

Please note that all data is stored internally in UTC. The time stamps displayed online in the telematics data are displayed in the time zone of your profile, which does not apply to the downloads (offline). These remain in UTC time.
