As a company admin, you can easily manage documents connected to your Assets for which your company is registered as ECM for.
Please note that the asset document groups are created by the ECM of the vehicle.
If your company is not registered as ECM of the vehicle on the Railnova platform, please get in touch with the ECM of the asset directly.
If you don't have admin rights to access the administration panel, please contact your company admin and ask him to create the asset document groups for you.
Add asset document group
Go to the Admin menu, navigate to the Assets section and then click "Asset document groups" to view all document groups that have already been created by your company.
If your desired asset document group is not available yet, you can create it by clicking on the green "Add asset document group" button in the upper right corner of your screen.
A new form will appear on your screen where you can populate the following fields:
Name
Give your asset document group a unique name. As this field is marked with an asterisk, it is a mandatory field to fill in.
Company
Your company is already predefined in the form.
Add another asset document
To add a document, click on the blue "Add another asset document" button, then choose a file, give in a name and Save your changes.
Remove document
To remove a previously uploaded document, click on the blue "Remove" button, and then Save your changes.
Visible from Driver Logbook Interface
If you tick the checkbox "Visible from Driver Logbook Interface", the document(s) will be visible on the Digital Logbook, as shown in the picture below. To view the document, simply click on it.
