If you would like to assign interventions to the different workshop locations of your maintenance partners for the assets or monitor how much work you assign to these workshops, you can easily create a list of your desired workshops in the administration panel.
Adding workshops
If your company is registered as the ECM of the vehicle on the Railnova platform, just go to the administration panel and stay on the asset admin site.
Scroll down to the maintenance section, look for Workshops and click "View".
On the overview page, you can review all workshops that have been created by your company.
If the workshop location you're looking for is not on the list, just click on the green "Add workshops" button in the upper right corner of your screen and create a new one.
Fill in the form: the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
The checkbox active is automatically marked
Give the workshop a unique name (e.g. the name of the maintainer and the location of the workshop)
Your company's name is already preselected
Add a default POI (optional): you can use a POI with POI type workshop created by your company or choose one from the public list and search through the available ones by clicking on the magnifying glass
Choose the related company from the dropdown list
If you don't have admin rights to access the administration panel, please contact your company admin and ask him to create the workshop for you.
If your company is not the ECM of the vehicle, please contact the administrator of the company registered as ECM of the vehicle on the Railnova platform.
Operational dashboard
Once you created the workshops, you can select them from the dropdown list "Assigned to" when creating an intervention on the Operational Dashboard or Maintenance Planning Dashboard.
Fleet availability
If you are interested in how many assets have been or are currently assigned to a specific workshop, you can review them on the page Fleet availability. On this page, you can see the workshops your company created and other companies registered as ECM for the vehicles visible to you on the Railnova platform.
