Our status page is a public page that provides real-time updates on the availability of our web platform. By visiting our status page at https://railnova.statuspage.io/, you can quickly check if any ongoing issues may impact your experience with our solution.

You can view when the web platform was operational by navigating to the uptime tab. The metric in the upper right corner of each month represents the percentage of time that the web platform was successfully operational. Railnova guarantees an uptime of at least 98% unless a different amount is specified in your Frame Contract.

If you want to be informed whenever Railnova creates, updates, or resolves an incident, you can subscribe to email, text messages, or Webhook notifications. You can also get incident updates and maintenance status messages in Slack or choose for getting the Atom Feed or RSS Feed.
