Once you've created your account (or someone else's account) on Railfleet an email will be sent from support@railnova.eu to the new user to verify the email address. 

Open the email and click on the confirmation link to activate the new account. 

Once your account has been activated you can log in and access the Railfleet features.

If you or your colleague didn't receive an email after creating an account, the email might have ended up in the spam folder. If that shouldn't be the case, be sure to contact our support team.
